This is an interlocutory appeal from a trial courts refusal to compel arbitration of a construction contract. Wilson Construction Company contracted with McAllen Independent School District to build certain improvements for the District. A dispute under the contract arose between the parties, and the construction company sought arbitration. The trial court refused to refer the matter to arbitration and this appeal resulted.
